With my new nephew Layden. My brother Jared and his wife Amanda are his parents. He has had a rough go of it his first week of life with Jaundice, but got a good report today; PRAISE GOD! Now he can get to growing. My Heart.
He is such a cutie! Jenny, I know how special a nephew can be. My nephew is, and always will be, my special little guy. He's taller than I am, but he's my special little guy. I am certain you will be close. What a blessing!
I have 2 other nephews already and 4 nieces so I am an old hand at this, but I am so in love with my new little man. He is a Blessing. I could hold him all day!
I'm still waiting to become an auntie, and will be waiting for quite a few more years... Unless I adopt my boyfriend's future nieces & nephews as my own since prospects there seem a little more positive than on my end. *smile
Hey Y'all! Sorry to have been away so long again. I won't go into details, but it has been a bit of an adventure here. I think things are settling down (fingers crossed) So how are ya? I have another give away for ya! A few weeks ago I was given the opportunity to try and review a box of Woolzies Dryer Balls. Here is a bit about Woolzies from their website Photo from their Facebook page Woolzies are pure handmade New Zealand wool dryer balls that soften your laundry naturally without any of the chemicals of conventional fabric softeners. Unlike the plastic dryer balls, they are PVC free and won't fall apart or melt on you. Woolzies save time and energy by cutting down on drying time by an average of 25% per load. They also help reduce static and wrinkles. Use Woolzies to snuggle up with naturally downy soft laundry that's completely free of harmful chemicals. Woolzies are also hypo-allergenic and totally safe for people with wool sensitivities as
Life got busy. Even during all the mess of 2020. I miss blogging, crafting and all the friends I made doing SWAPS, Pink Saturday, Commenting on others posts. It's been too long. My guy keeps telling me I need to do what I love, and what I enjoy. He is right. That's exactly what I need. So I am gonna visit the still active blogs of all the lovely ladies I have missed and hopefully we will reconnect. I hope to talk to you soon! Jenny
Merry Christmas Y'all. Yes I say Merry Christmas! I keep Christ in Christmas because it matters to me. I was at a craft show recently and at one of the booth's I wished the vendor a Merry Christmas, he said Thank You and then said "I don't say anything anymore, you never know what people believe and I don't want to offend anyone" OK I get that, he is a businessman....however; I replied...."I say Merry Christmas because it is what I believe" he said huh... I have never thought of it that way before... I work for the "worlds largest retailer" and I say Merry Christmas all season long, In all of the 23 years I have worked in retail, no one has ever said "don't say that to me" actually most people are kind of surprised to hear it if I judge by the look on their faces and most reply Merry Christmas to you too. So try it on for size, the next time you are out, wish the people in your path a Merry Christmas, I bet it will make
