Hey Y'all, How are you today? I am busy as a bee here today. I am leaving tomorrow evening for my training in Richmond, so I am trying to get everything washed so I can pack, everything clean so Lee won't have to worry over it and enough cooked so he has meals all week. I am pooped already...ha ha ha. PLUS I am turning 40 tomorrow. Anyhow, on to the Pink. Hey Y'all How are ya? It is snowing like crazy here (YAY! I LOVE IT) We are expected to get 2-3 inches tonight. I have not participated in Pink Saturday in forever, I miss it ever so much. So for today I wanted to share a great deal I scored back in October Back in June when I was in North Carolina visiting my cousin, we went to a junk shop and I saw this  pink depression glass cookie jar and fell in love with it. BUT it was $35 and that was not in my budget. Well when we went back to visit in October we went back to the same junk shop and it was still there. It has 2 tiny itty bitty chips in the lid but other than that it is perfect and Pink Depression glass is my favorite. So I take it to the counter, it has lost it's sticker of $35 and the guy at the counter asks if I got it from inside or outside? Inside I tell him, he says how about $5.  SOLD! I want to go back and see if I can get the rest of the lot. They had a ton. So that is my little score. Hap...

Hey Y'all HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY Do you love this day of affection? I do. Lee (Bless his heart) STINKS at Valentine's Day...ha ha ha he never gets it right. Hey Y'all, It has been too long since my last post! Things have been busy around here. First of all I am so excited to say that one of my family is going to make me an aunt again! As I have not been given the ok to share the big news I can't tell ya who just yet...but rest assured I will as soon as I can. Second, I have just been given a promotion at work. For those of you who don't know I work for the worlds largest retailer. You know the one ...WM. Well I have been there for just over 4 years, I have moved up the ladder at a fairly steady pace since I started and starting Monday I am in management. Assistant Manager to be exact :) This is a great big blessing for us, it means a significant financial increase and steady hours and schedule. I am going to have to leave Lee for 8 weeks for training. I will be in Richmond m-f and home on the weekends, he is pouting already...ha ha ha. Third, I have been a bit crafty, but have not taken a photo of anything yet, so I ...
