Pink Saturday
Hey Y'all,
How are you today?
I am busy as a bee here today.
I am leaving tomorrow evening for my training in Richmond, so I am trying to get everything washed so I can pack, everything clean so Lee won't have to worry over it and enough cooked so he has meals all week.
I am pooped already...ha ha ha.
PLUS I am turning 40 tomorrow.
Anyhow, on to the Pink.
The most lovely Elizabeth at Creative Breathing sent me a sweet as can be package of Hearts, embellishments, ribbon and a Valentine Cutie Hedgehog felt character she so lovingly made, his hide is made of hearts :) so that I could make a wreath similar to the one she made.
She knows my affinity for the heart shape, if you didn't know I love hearts.

***THIS IS THE WREATH ELIZABETH MADE, THE PHOTO IS FROM HER BLOG THIS IS THE LINK TO HER TUTORIAL AND POST.
and here is what I did.
I started with this really awful wreath that was meant to be a Christmas card holder, I got this as a gift
(um, I don't think she liked me very much....ha ha ha)
It didn't take much to strip it down, I used this for 2 reasons; first no one in Franklin had any wire wreath frames in stock, second I am trying to follow Elizabeth's lead and use what I have on hand.
And here is what I came up with
Thank you Elizabeth for the lovely gift.
You always make my heart happy!
Have a great day Y'all.
