Snow In July Party!

Hey Y'all,
So about a year ago Marcia @ Shop Around The Corner hosted a White Christmas In July party, I  had to join in, White Christmas is one of my all time favorite movies! Marcia and I have become friends since that party. This year she is hosting Snow in July an White theme party! Again a no brainer for me...lol. Today is day 1 of our weekend party. Click on the button for the party which will take you to Marcia's AMAZING snowy post and the list of all of us partying and be sure to visit them too.  For my post I have to tell you about what my mom and dad are doing today!

These 2 are in Seattle today.
This afternoon they will be boarding a ship and doing this.

Seeing sights like this

um yeah it's 105 here in Virginia today...I would love to sit in the snow right now!
and having an amazing time getting to fellowship with some of these wonderful people...

Left to Right The Gaither Vocal Band
David Phelps, Wes Hampton, Bill Gaither, Mark Lowry, Michael English

and MANY, MANY, MANY More of the BEST in Gospel and Contemporary Christian Music!

It is a once in a lifetime 7 day cruise for the most wonderful, faithful, blessings any child could ask for.
It is long overdue for them and I hope the cruise and Alaska are all they want it to be.
Love you Mom and Dad!
Have a blast.
Thank You Lord for blessing them .

  3. I am envious of your parent's trip, it should be wonderful. I have heard of the hot temperatures in the USA. Here in the UK, we have not had a summer yet. I even had to put the heat on last week. No snow though :-)

Great to meet you through the link party. I am now following you from the UK.

  4. Jenny, I am simply jealous of your parents. What a dream and blessing for them. Sigh...hope they have a dreamy time, and I hope they pass along some pics to you so you can share with us. ;)

Seems surreal that we met a year ago at this very party. Time flies, doesn't it. I will always think of that in connection with Christmas in July.

Thank you for joining us, my friend. Would not be the same without you.
    KEEP SHINING!
