9/11

My thoughts and prayers are with all the families of those lost 11 years ago.
While I know the greatest loss of life was in New York, we often forget that we lost a multitude of souls  here in Virginia and in a field in Pennsylvania, don't forget them and their families too.

    My goodness, I haven't forgotten, and I really don't think others have either. There were prayerful and beautiful ceremonies marking the loss at all of the locations ~ so grateful for this!

Hey Y'all! How are ya today? The weather is cooler...I am anxiously awaiting the first frost of fall! I think that is my favorite day of the year...well next to a snow day that is! I was fiddling around my blog, looking at the page views and out of nowhere this post had 6 views today, so I thought I would re-post it, I still feel it and believe it as much today as I did last year when I wrote it. Merry Christmas Y'all. Yes I say Merry Christmas! I keep Christ in  Christmas because it matters to me. I was at a craft show recently and at one of the booth's I wished the vendor a Merry Christmas, he said Thank You and then said "I don't say anything anymore, you never know what people believe and I don't want to offend anyone" OK I get that, he is a businessman....however;  I replied...."I say Merry Christmas because it is what I believe" he said huh... I have never thought of it that way before...
